BI caught up with some prospects and their recruiting trails. One in particular says he will surprise us with his decision and to expect it at any moment.

Camyron Brown - S
Other than attention from Boise State, the Ridge Point HS target says that recruiting has slowed down. The defender has garnered interest from New Mexico State, Nevada, and the Bobcats. Brown says that his decision is coming in very soon and will surprise us all. Brown says that he would like to stay closer to home to facilitate family trips, TXST is only 3 hours away and is swaying towards the Bobcats. Coach Naivar has been in constant contact with Brown and says that he is waiting to talk to his family and grandparents and as soon as possible about his decision. When he does make it, he'll call coaches and let them know. The Bobcats are looking good in this one.

Patrick Reed - QB
The QB from Silsebee HS says the recruiting process has remained constant. The QB has offers from Lamar, New Mexico Lobos, and TXST. Reed says that he will be in San Marcos at the South Alabama game this Saturday. Reed says that all his options are at an equal place right now and that he has no favorites at the moment.

Darrion Johnson - CB
The 4-Star prospect from Brenham HS (TX) isn't doing what most high school recruits are and instead decided it would be best for his academic career to take a break from football. Johnson says he sat out of this season to focus on school and his grades. With offers from TCU, OK ST, OU, TXST and interest from A&M he says that he is going to wait until signing day to make his final pick. Johnson has been in contact with Coach Naivar at least once a week.
